General Information

The Department is governed by the General Assembly (GA) and the Chairman of the Department. The GA consists of the faculty members, as well as student and technical staff representatives.

Chairman
Chairman of the Department for the academic years 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 is Professor Antonios Vafidis and Vice Chairman is Associate Professor Kostas Komnitsas.

Executive secretary
The executive secretary of the department is Mrs Aikaterini Hohlaki.

Undergraduate Studies Committee
The members of the Undergraduate Studies Committee are Professor Z. Agioutantis, Professor T. Markopoulos and Associate Professor E. Stamboliadis. (Mr. Κ. Patsalidis)

Graduate Studies Committee
The members of the Graduate Studies Committee are: Associate Professor G. Christidis, Professor D. Hristopoulos (Director of Graduate Studies), Assistant Professor V. Kelesidis, Assistant Professor N. Pasadakis and Professor V. Perdikatsis.
